Talking to March Sarich, the awesome owner of Lemp. His family has had the space for generations, and he rents the apartments above to artists. He's sort of single-handedly rehabbing the neighborhood (okay, I'm sure that's unfair to other people), including acquiring the abandoned building next door to use as dorms for visiting artists. (!)
